MONTH 1

Week 1: Loving Yourself

Self-love is the foundation of everything in life, including personal, financial, career, and relationship success.  The first week of the program focusses on examining the issue of self-love, exploring strategies and techniques you can use to increase the amount of love you feel for yourself, and specific Action Items you can use to create more love for yourself.

Week 2: Acknowledging Yourself

You will continue to build upon the self-love work we began in week 1 with this rare opportunity to acknowledge the greatness that you have exhibited thusfar in your life.

WEEEK 2 HOMEWORK & COURSE MATERIALS

Week 3: Creating an Inspirational Plan for The Last Year Of Your Life

You will learn CPR technology developed in the Men’s Divisions, to harness the power of Context (C) and Purpose (P) in obtaining outstanding Results (R) for The Last Year Of Your Life.  You will learn how to write a powerful CPR which will guide you toward your higher purpose and constantly inspire you with a Context that will get you out of bed in the morning.

WEEK 3 HOMEWORK & COURSE MATERIALS

Week 4: Being “All In”

Where do you show up 100% in your life?  What areas of your life are you completely committed to, where nothing can stand in your way, and nobody could stop you from doing what you set out to do? To close out the first month of this program, you will gain an appreciation for the value of being All In, and make the commitment to harness that power and turbo-charge the results you get out of The Last Year Of Your Life Program.

Week 5. Being Supportable 

This book and this program are gifts to you from the universe.  In order to get the most out of it, you need to be supportable -- open to input from the book and the people you interact with while using this program.

In this chapter you will examine the importance of being supportable in your endeavor to get the most out of The Last Year Of Your Life.  Action Items will improve your ability to be supportable.

Week 6. Forgiving Yourself

We have all made mistakes in the course of being alive.  Some of them have been huge, and we continue to beat ourselves up over them in our internal chatter, holding lists on ourselves, being bitter, angry and disappointed. 

In order to move forward with a fresh and open perspective, we’ve got to expose those old wounds to the light of day so that they can be worked out and healed.  

Week 7. Train Your Brain For Success

Human beings think an average of 96,000 thoughts per day, and 85% of them are the same ones we thought the day before.  You are a robot running on subconscious “programming” you got over the course of your childhood.  

In this chapter you will examine the difference between subconscious and conscious thought, and how to trick your subconscious mind into believing what you want it to believe about you and your life; this will improve your ability to succeed with anything you choose to accomplish during The Last Year Of Your Life.

Week 8. Creating Habits to Chart A New Destiny

This week we will examine how creating tiny new habits can change the course of your life in a year and over a lifetime.  

You will use Action Items to create 1 or 2 new habits for yourself that will help transform your life during these final 44 weeks – and hopefully, beyond.

MONTH 3

Week 9. Being Healthy

This week you will examine the importance of good health in relation to the psychology of personal growth.  You will evaluate your own level of health, and make an honest appraisal of how that has been impacting and will effect your life.
 
Action Items will provide opportunities to discover areas of your life in which to simply and easily improve your health starting today.

Week 10. Being Happy 

This week we examine the importance of being happy in relation to the psychology of personal growth, and life in general.  You will look at the impact of happiness on your past, present and future.

Action Items will provide opportunities to discover areas of your life to focus on so that you can live out The Last Year Of Your Life with more joy than you’ve ever experienced.

Week 11. Connecting with Family & Friends

Family and friends provide the richness in life, and during the remainder of The Last Year Of Your Life we will try to improve your relationships with those in the inner sanctum of your world.  

Through the use of Action Items, we will explore ways to bond tighter with the ones you care about most, and take action towards improving your most important relationships with family, friends, and co-workers.

Week 12. Fleeting Nature of Life

This week we will focus on the passage of time, the stages of life, and how to be present to where you really are in the Grand Scheme of Things.

Action Items will help you to appreciate the portions of your life that have already passed, and get the most out of the weeks that remain in The Last Year Of Your Life.

	Week 13. Personal Vision

	This week you will gain understanding about Vision, and how to develop a personal vision for the remainder of The Last Year Of Your Life.  

Through Action Items you will identify previous visions that have helped you to succeed in your past, and specific strategies for developing effective and powerful Personal Vision of your world.

MONTH 4

Week 14. Live Each Day Fully Present 

This week you will learn specific tools to be completely present in the moment, how to recognize when you are not fully present, and how to shift your presence into the here and now instantly and at will, for maximum power in life.

	Action Items will help you look at the times in your life when you have been fully present, and contrast that to moments when you have checked out; you will learn and use movie-star tricks to be 100% present.

Week 15. Trusting Yourself

This week you will identify areas in your life where you do and don’t trust yourself fully, and examine how that has impacted your personal experience.  

Action Items will help you gain a greater ability to trust yourself and a full appreciation of and stronger muscles for going with your gut.

Week 16. Getting In Touch With Your Anger

This week you will take a serious look at the moments in your life where you have been angriest, and examine what the impact of that anger has been on your personal experience so far.

Action Items will help you to zero in on those powerful moments of anger in your past, and you will create an inventory of the anger that lives on inside you, identifying the people who have generated this internal cancer in you life.

Week 17. Forgiving People Who Have Hurt You

This week you will follow up on the work you did in week 16 by examining the impact of the injuries done to you by other people, and creating a plan to release that pent-up toxicity from your life.

Action Items will help you to identify the individuals you need to evict from your psyche, and help you to get the hard work done of releasing your anger towards them from your soul.

Week 18. Trusting Other People

This week you will continue to build upon the difficult work of weeks 16 & 17 by examining the real limits of how you trust people, identifying the people you really do trust, and working on Action Items designed to increase your ability to trust people, thereby broadening your opportunity to be real with the people in your life.

MONTH 6

Week 19. Loving Other People

This week you will take an inventory of the people you have loved over the course of your life, and see how that has impacted where you are now.  You will work on your ability to have more love in your life, and how to harness the power of love to get more power out of every area in your life during the last 6 months of the program.

Through the use of Action Items you will build your willingness to risk loving, and will bring more love into your life right now, so that you can use this skill throughout the remaining months.

Week 20. Compassion for Yourself & Others

This week you will examine and quantify your personal ability to be compassionate towards yourself and other people.  

Action Items will strengthen your understanding of the importance of compassion, and will strengthen your ability to be compassionate to yourself and other people.

Week 21. Overcoming Fear & Personal Barriers

This week you will identify specific times and events in your life where fear has changed your destiny.  You will also examine the difference between decisions made out of fear and decisions made from the place of strength and confidence.

Action Items will walk you through the process of identifying and eliminating personal barriers and deep-seated fears which have been holding you back from living with total freedom, so that you can enjoy that freedom for the remaining weeks of this program.

Week 22. Personal Responsibility for Your Life

	This week you will take a hard look at your life and identify any areas in which you have not been taking total responsibility for your own successes and failures.  

	The goal of your work this week is to reach the point of taking 100% responsibility for everything that is occurring in your life today, and through the use of Action Items, you will leave behind all limiting beliefs about where and why you are where you’re at now, and generate a future where you are totally self-determined.

Week 23. Align Yourself With Your Life’s Purpose

This week you will identify your true Life’s Purpose, and eliminate as many distractions as possible which have been preventing you from achieving your full potential in this area.

Action Items will guide you through the discovery process, to create a clear vision for yourself of what you can do to fulfill the destiny of your Life’s Purpose during the weeks of this program which remain.

MONTH 7

Week 24. Stop & Smell The Roses

This week will focus on increasing your ability to take moments of pleasure for yourself, despite whatever else is happening in your life.  These little moments of personal appreciation can bring so much richness and joy to life, and through the Action Items you will boost your understanding and willingness to take these precious opportunities. 

Week 25. Integrity

Your personal integrity has a huge impact on your self-image, self-love, and self-respect.  This week you will take a snapshot of your own integrity, the better to understand where you are and where you want to be for the remainder of The Last Year Of Your Life.

Action Items will walk you through a series of scenarios in which your integrity will be probed and tested.  The goal is to get you to make a commitment to yourself to live from only the highest place of integrity.

Week 26. Experience

We all have fantasies and expectations in our heads, but Experience always trumps the theories about what could be or what was supposed to have happened.  This weeks Action Items will get you to take a deep look at the places where your own personal experiences have guided you.


Week 27. Courage to Change

Change is one topic of great resistance to most people.  This week you will look at the times in your life where you have been courageous in the face of change, and how that impacted the results you got in your life.

Action Items will help you to be more flexible and open to change, so that you can get the maximum impact from the remaining weeks of the program.

Week 28. Time Is Of The Essence

	Only 4 months remain in The Last Year Of Your Life.  The week’s focus will be to make you hyper-aware of how little time remains, instilling in you both a sense of urgency and a sense of calm that you will have with you forevermore. 
 
	Action Items will deliver tools for you to use in keeping track of where you are in your day-to-day, in the scope of your lifetime, and in the Grand Scheme of Things, so that you will get the most out of every minute.

MONTH 8

Week 29. Knowledge

This week you will gain a profound appreciation for all the knowledge you have acquired throughout your life.  Action Items will create a complete inventory for you of the Knowledge you have, and the places in your history for which you can be most appreciative of your learning.

Week 30. Death

        Do you fear death?  Do you respect it?  Are you actually looking forward to it?  Does anything happen to you after death?  This week we will ponder the mysteries of the end of life.

Action Items will create a deep and revealing place for you to explore your relationship to death, and you will begin to prepare you for your ritual death at the end of this program.

Week 31. Being Real

How do you know if you are being authentic?  How do you drop the mask and reveal your true self?  Are you being real with yourself, your friends, and the people in your professional life, or your family?

Action Items will help you to identify the true cost to you of being inauthentic, and the instances in your past where lack of total authenticity has cost you – and how much.  You will also be given tools to help you live every moment of every day with complete authenticity.

Week 32. Having Fun

This week you will examine the areas of your life where you have the most fun, and through the use of Action Items you will create strategies for yourself to spend as much time as possible having fun during the weeks that remain.

Exercises will guide you through the process of understanding what drives you to have fun in some areas of your life but not in others, and to provide you with tools for having more fun in every area of your life, whether or not it was something that you considered to be fun in the past.

MONTH 9

Week 33. Leadership

This week you will take a look at how you are leading yourself, your family, at work, and in the rest of your life.  The concept of “Breakdowns vs. Breakthroughs” will be examined, and you will explored where in your life you have turned Breakdowns into Breakthroughs with Action Items to help you become a better leader.

Week 34. Living With Passion

Are you just going through the daily motions, or are there specific areas of your life that really get your juices going?  

This week’s Action Items are designed to focus your attention on the parts of your life that bring you the most satisfaction and make the experience of living the richest.

Week 35. Spirituality

This week’s work is an exploration of your personal ideas about spirituality, and how you create spiritual experiences in your day-to-day existence.  

Action Items will begin to prepare you for the Ritual Death and Ritual Rebirth experiences at the end of this program, so that you can get the most out of these opportunities so that they can be deep and profoundly spiritual moments for you.

Week 36. Joy

This week you will take a look at how you can go beyond just having fun, to get to places of profound joyousness in your life.  

Action Items designed to amplify your capacity to experience joy will take your life to a new levels of wonder and capacity to experience intense positive emotions, beyond what you ever thought possible.

Week 37. What Do You Stand For?

This week’s Action Items will provide you the with a mini-intensive workshop on the terms with which you have lived your life, so that you can move forward with full awareness of where you’ve come and how you want to be in the future.

	At the end of this week’s work you will truly understand what kind of person you have been up to this point in your life, and you will design the terms of your remaining time on earth so that you can live with pride in who and what you are.

MONTH 10

Week 38. Genuine Connections with People

This week is all about being more genuine and more connected to the people in your life than ever before.  

The Action Items are designed to push you beyond your comfort zone, to challenge you to reach out and connect with people with an urgency and authenticity that have never existed for you before.

Week 39. Appreciate Each Moment Of Your Life

This week’s focus is on the little things, and the tiny moments that make up each of our remaining days.  You will get tools to improve your understanding of the minute details, and will heighten your appreciation of richness hiding in the small stuff that you never paid attention to before.

Action Items will guide you through the process of discovering details and beauty where you never expected to see it before.  This will be like discovering a whole new dimension in your life and in the world around you.

Week 40. Unburden Your Sins & Transgressions

Everyone has his or her personal demons.  Only you know the moments in your life where you went too far, where you transgressed your own morality, and which are still burdening you to this very day.

This week’s Action Items are designed to remove the weight of these moral breakdowns from your shoulders, allowing you to move forward with a new sense of personal freedom.

Week 41. Make Amends to People You’ve Injured

There are individuals in your life against whom your transgressions were so serious that they require extraordinary measures of compassion, culpability, and care in order to be set right.  

This week you will identify those people and events, and through the Action Items, you will set out to make amends for the injurious deeds you have done in the past, so that you can move forward with a clean conscience, no more regrets, and nothing holding you back – either in your own mind or in psychic ties to/from other people.

Week 42. Going Deeper

This week you will identify the places in your life where you are still holding back, and you will challenge yourself to go deeper.  

Action Items will show you the cost of remaining shallow and on the surface, and guide you to a place where you have the courage to really get as deep as you need to in order to get the most out of the final 8 weeks of this program.

MONTH 11

Week 43. As Good As It Gets

This week’s work is about coming to the realization and true understanding of the fact that your life right now is as good as it gets.

Action Items will guide you to an appreciation of everything you are doing to provide continuous peak experiences for yourself, how rare and valuable that is, and of how special your life is in this program.

Week 44. Gratitude 

This week is about giving thanks to yourself, your friends, your family, and the world around you for all the goodness you have created for yourself in your life.  This spirit of gratitude will be a fundamental element of the program from here on out.

Action Items designed to help you feel gratitude and demonstrate it will guide you through a week of thanksgiving unlike any you have experienced.

Week 45. Resolving Outstanding Personal Issues

Your relentless pursuit of personal freedom and purging of guilt continues this week, as you will be guided through the process of resolving any remaining personal issues through the Action Items.

You will be prodded to examine every hidden corner of your life so that when the week is over you can feel a sense of total freedom from the emotional shackles of your past.

Week 46. Your Last Will & Testament

You will write your Last Will & Testament, have it witnessed, and create a legal document capable of executing your final wishes regarding the disposition of your personal property.

Action Items will guide you through the entire process, so that your true wishes are carried out upon your death.

Week 47. Your Obituary

You will be guided through the process of writing your own obituary.  You will look back on your life and identify the highlights, the key events, milestones, and people who have mattered most, and examine what, if any, impact you have made on the world.

MONTH 12

Week 48. Understand The Meaning Of Your Life

You will be guided in a self-examination process that will reveal to you the meaning of your own life.

Week 49. Peace With Yourself & Higher Power

This week you will make peace with yourself and your higher power in preparation for you ritual death.  You will be guided through the process of clearing your conscience and bearing your soul so that when you are ready to face death, you have nothing left to burden your mind, body or spirit.

Week 50. Take Stock of The Last Year Of Your Life

You will look back over the past 12 months and really appreciate yourself for all that you have done, all the ways and places where you have challenged and pushed yourself, and for all the risks you’ve taken to get where you are now.

Action Items will guide you through a thorough process of self-evaluation and appreciation.
  
Week 51. Ritual Death

This week is about preparing for and experiencing your own ritual death.  You will be guided through a spiritual process that will enable you to experience your death on a deep symbolic level.

Action Items will guide you through the entire process, and you will experience what it is like to exist in a state of life after death.

Week 52. Ritual Rebirth

You will be guided through the process of creating a ritual rebirth experience for yourself and the people you are doing this program with. Life will begin anew for you, with a fresh clean slate with which to begin exploring the lessons and adventures of your new life.


BONUS SESSION

        Creating A Vision Of Your Ideal Life In 5 Years Time

        After you have celebrated your Ritual Rebirth over a ritual breakfast, you’ll be in a peak state of clarity and vision.  Seize this ideal moment to be guided through the process of designing your ideal life in 5 years time.
